Privacy Policy
ShopSpark uses seller information to provide and secure the service, does not sell personal information, and accepts access, correction, export, and deletion requests at support@shopspark.ai.
1. Scope
This policy covers the ShopSpark website, application, accounts, support interactions, product-content workflows, and optional Etsy connection.
2. Information we collect
We process account and authentication details; seller-provided photos, videos, product facts, preferences, and drafts; generated text and media; service, device, diagnostic, and security events; and support messages. If a seller connects Etsy, we process OAuth tokens and the authorized shop, listing, image, inventory, and action-result data needed for seller-requested features.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, maintain workspaces, provide generation and Etsy features, fulfill requested actions, secure and troubleshoot the service, enforce limits, communicate about accounts and support, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal information or seller content.
4. AI processing and service providers
Information needed for a requested generation may be processed by configured text or image providers, including Ollama Cloud, RunPod, Google Gemini, or a ShopSpark-controlled ComfyUI worker. Microsoft Azure supports hosting, databases, storage, queues, secrets, and telemetry. Google or Microsoft may provide authentication, Etsy provides connected-shop services, and Cloudflare provides domain, network, and security services. ShopSpark does not use seller photos, Etsy data, or generated listings to train its own general-purpose AI models.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Service data is primarily stored in Microsoft Azure in the United States. Safeguards include HTTPS, access controls, managed identities, protected secret storage, logging, and environment separation. Account information and saved content are retained while an account is active or as needed to provide the service; limited security, diagnostic, transaction, and backup records may remain for reasonable operational or legal periods.
6. Choices, Etsy revocation, and deletion
Sellers may edit or delete drafts. When Etsy OAuth is enabled, a connection can be disconnected in ShopSpark or revoked through Etsy Apps and Websites settings. During private approval testing, engineering users can ask support to revoke the internal test connection. Account access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion requests can be emailed from the account address; identity verification may be required.
7. Cookies and local storage
ShopSpark uses essential session cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and application operation. Required choices will be added before non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking is introduced.
8. International users and children
Information may be processed in the United States and other provider locations. ShopSpark is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
9. Changes and contact
Material updates will be posted with a revised date and additional notice when required. Send questions and privacy requests to support@shopspark.ai.
